Existing TP-Link Manage switch TL-SG3428XMP.

I would like to check if existing running TP-LInk with POE device, without any router or Layer 3 switches. Plan to have Layer 3 switches and split into 3-4 VLAN. Is it S4112F is good one? If yes do VLT support/compatibility with TP-Link Manage switches? If VLTi not support other protocol like Lacp or else?
