End of Life Dell N4032

We have several Dell 4032 units in our infrastructure that were purchased 10 years ago. On one of the discussions, I discovered that the end-of-life date for these products is listed as April 29, 2024. However, when I checked the service tag, it shows that the products are still under basic support until 2039. Could you clarify which date I should use for planning replacements? Additionally, can you confirm if the products are still compatible with all updates?

Hello,

As far as I know, Dell doesn't have fixed end-of-life/support dates for their models anymore. It's all based on individual systems. If you enter the service tag on support site, it will show you the ship date. Usually, unless parts availability extends it, the system can only be covered for 5 years from that date. So, I'd recommend calling your local Dell network support team to verify this before planning any replacements.

Hope that helps!
