DNS and NTP on a Dell S5224F-ON

Hi,

  We purchased a Dell S5224F-ON to support an OOB backup solution using a Dell IDPA server.  Our original Engineered solution was for the S5224F to only have management access to the local network as we are not the owners, nor have any management access to the local network.  This would also mean the IDPA server would not have any access to the local network except management.  Now were being told that the IDPA server MUST have DNS and NTP access.  My leadership is saying that there is no way we are connecting the S5224F or the IDPA server to the local network so we are now looking at standing up an internal DNS server in our OOB net.  I know I can configure a Cisco IOS device to supply both NTP and DNS to clients, the question is can the Dell S5224F-ON do the same and how?
