Differences between S5232F-ON and Z9100-ON

Hello,

I'm wondering what are the differences between the S5232F-ON and Z9100-ON switches. From the datasheets both look very much the same.

Which one would be the better spine switch in combination with S5248F-ON or S5296F-ON as leaf switches?
