DELLEMC N3024ET-ON CLI is not readable!

I'm connected to the switch with the console cable and what I see are random letters and lines.  It looks like the CLI is corrupted.  I push the reset button several times and it didn't work. Can you please help me reset the switch to the factory setting?

Thank You,

Hello Ermias,

Try different baud rates.

You might step it down from highest to lowest.

Similar issue on this thread on Cisco site : https://dell.to/407eZeF

Please try to test these speeds: 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200. Other speed values are invalid. Every time you change the speed, hit a few times to see if the switch' response becomes intelligible.

Also what serial cable do you use?

Thank You for the response,

My PuTTY setup correct.  I'm working with other N3024/48 switches, and I can access CLI and it is readable. The cable I'm using is USB to RJ45 Console Cable.

This particular switch is what I'm having the problem.  I'm hoping to reset the switch to factory settings.
