Dell S5248F-ON switch is physically up but the line protocol is down,

hey team we are trying to connect  Dell S5248F-ON switch to a box which has RJ45 ports and run with 1GB of throughput.

we are using  Hi fiber and tp link 1000Base T RJ45 SFP module and both of them are not working . Dell S5248F-ON switch is physically up but the line protocol is down, 

on the dell switch port 1/1/40:1 show a throughput of 10g - 4x

Can you please help solving this as we need to connect to that 1gb box.
