Dell S4148F-ON switch keeps rebooting

Basically, the switch was working well enough and it was kept in storage for a few months.

I try to turn it on and it is now stuck in some sort of boot loop.

If I try to boot OS10-B, I get this instead:

Is the only solution re-installing the system through ONIE? In that case, I'd lose my OS10 license. Is there some way of backing up my license through ONIE? (without going into OS10 as it doesn't boot)
