Dell S41112 switch not booting GRUB GNU

Can you verify the switch model? Looks like to many numbers: S41112

What OS version are you on?

Was the switch working and now does not?

     If so; Was there anything done on the switch when the issue began?

Please let me know and any other information you have. If you have an image of what you are seeing you can post that also.

I'll also ask; Do you have an active warranty? You may need to contact Support directly for an engineer to work with you in a remote session to address the issue. The forum is not designed for that capability.

Sorry, its the S4112F-ON. Currently I am on OS10.

The switch was working, but after pushing a new configuration and restarting, the switch now just boots straight to the login page and gets stuck on "System Loading". I'm unable to SSH into the switch to perform a delete startup config or any other config commands.  All  ports are off as well.

I am unable to provide any screenshots due to the system being on a segregated network. I am unsure of the warranty on the switch, but im going to assume not.

Instead of doing reload have you tried power off, remove power for one minute, reconnect and power up?

If that doesn't help you will need to contact Support directly.  There are some commands they need to run. They are not public. You will need to be connected to the serial console.

If you don't have an active warranty, you can check about extending warranty or ask for Post Standard Support contract to work the issue.

So, I have figured out why I am unable to see the GNU GRUB menu on boot, I just needed to change the bitrate from 9600 to 115200. Now I can see the boot menu, but I am unable to interact with the menu in putty to select ONIE recovery.
