Dell s4048-on Devices not communicating

Hey,

I've recently purchased a S4048-ON Switch, we're factory reset it, completed basic setup, we've put all on the same vlan, untagged and enabled switchport on each interface. Still no communication between each device.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
