Dell S4048-ON Buffer Size Configuration
Hi,
I need help configuring the size of service-queues on Dell S4048-ON. Is there any option to statically share the available buffer across queues on per port basis? If no, what is the default queue size and default sharing behavior? Thanks
Note: I am NOT using PFC so the documentation details regrading DCB configuration may not be applicable.

Hmmohsin,
Would you confirm if you are using OS9 or OS10? If OS9, I believe the configuration is covered on page 741 here, but I am not certain if the buffer is configurable.
Let me know if this helps.

Restore the S4048–ON or S3048–ON factory defaults from Grub using the ONIE: Rescue command. Use the up and down arrow keys to select which entry is highlighted. ...Press ENTER to activate the console. You can also use the onie-uninstaller command to return to the default ONIE settings. Hi,
It is OS9. Unfortunately, it does not cover how to configure the buffer. Any idea what is the default behavior? Is the buffer statically divided between the ports or is it shared dynamically between the ports and queues at run time on demand basis? Also any product details on what is the total size of the buffer? Thanks
