dell powerconnect 5548P "LAG speed cannot be higher than its capacity"
Hi,
We created some LAGs for Synology NAS devices merging 3 links on each, it's up and working but bandwith is not reaching 3GB as expected (the NAS side link is running at 2,5GB localy).
I tried to force 10GB it's not working and i'm ok with that (LAG speed cannot be higher than its capacity).
Is it a hint to say, guess what you have to make a 10 ports LAG to get 3GB out of 10?
I'm seeking for information about this with no luck, would you help?
Best regards,
Gilles

Good evening,
Ok so reading this:
https://kb.synology.com/en-global/DSM/tutorial/Why_doesn_t_my_network_speed_up_after_I_set_up_Link_Aggregation
Cleaned the track, just had to use iperf3 with options to load a link with simultaneous transfers.
Total result was over 1,8Gbs not big but logical because with LACP you have a chance of reusing one of the already in use interfaces.
Thks
