Dell N4032 Switch Problem

Hello Community;

Let me tell you that we recently had an incident at my production site.

I have 2 Switch N4032 which stopped being displayed in the GUI.

All connected computers stopped responding.
When I went to physically check (and this is the weirdest thing), all the ports were working, the switch was up and running.

After a reboot, the switch was able to display in the GUI again and the network was back to normal.

Is this a known bug or has it happened to anyone?
