Dell N3200 series switch

I have deployed a few N3224T series switch for my office users.

All my users are complaining that the switch is very noisy compare to the old ones which is 3com or procurve switch.

When they talked on the phone, the opposite end also mentioned they background noise from the switch are very noisy.
