Dell N3048P switch triggering conflicting ARP responses from router
I have a Dell N3048P switch that is causing a bit of havoc on my router.
Its a Mikrotik router, the errors reported is similar to this
"dhcp,warning Detected conflict by ARP response for " and then the IP and or MAC
Can anyone explain the switch behavior?
In my router MAC addresses, I am seeing what seem like ghost Dell mac addresses, like 1 digit at the end off from the actual real MAC address of the switch.
No errors on the switch log, but the switch just keeps getting new IP addresses every so often and I can't find it on the network anymore.

Is there a layer 3 configuration that is the source of this problem? I have routing turned off on the switch but don't know the other configurations.

Then what I'd also suggest is you can send us the logs if your system is still in warranty. Wish you a good one.

Everything is up to date. Its no longer under warranty.
There is no logging event, just on the router reporting the ARP conflict as explained above.
Seems like Dell staff are trying to get a response in within a certain amount of time, rather than something researched and helpful, since you're the company that makes the products, and you attract consumers here by offering help.
Firmware update is not help. Its a way to say you responded within x hours.
Do you have some real help to offer from within that giant company with all those resources?
