Dell N3024 LAG ports not coming up after power cycle
I have a Dell N3024 HA stack that has had LAG ports configured to hypervisors, Cisco SG300-52 and two different NETGEAR GS724T switches, all operating flawlessly for the past 5 years. We experienced a partial power failure for a few days and all of our UPS batteries died forcing the systems and switches to shut down. When I brought all of the equipment back online, the LAGs lost connectivity, multiple reboots did not correct the issue. I have set a new LAG as a test between two NETGEARs, avoiding messing with the production setup on the main switches.
Does anyone have any suggestions on recovering these without having to delete and rebuild everything?

Quick note, the configs are all correct, the running config is accurate. This looks to be strictly a LAG problem.

Mth11,
While I don't htink you have to delete and recreate the entire configuration, I think you may need to delete and recreate the LAG.
The reason being is it is my understanding that if a LAG is disabled because of an error, STP ignores it. STP has no knowledge of the discrete physical paths that make up the LAG, so even if one or more of the physical paths in a disabled LAG come up, STP would not notice and could not unblock them.
Let me know what you see.

Are you stating this should be done on both switches, or can it be done on one end of the LAG? Isn't it possible to turn off STP?

You could try turning off STP, but I'm not sure what else that could affect with other devices being connected to those switches. Regarding the LAG, doing it on just one side might be enough. So what you may want to try is doing on just one side, then both sides, then turn off STP as the order for testing.
