DELL EMC N3248PXE-ON Switch stuck in OS6 Bootloop

Good morning Dell Community,
We recently had 2 of our dell N3248PXE-ON switches go down at the same time (Unknown what caused it). both of them will start the boot process for OS6 and even get the prompted to stop the process to open the boot menu, but halfway through the boot they both get the error:

"LOG[fp_main_task]: log_cnfgr.c(1271) 17 %% EMER The system is restarting due to inconsistent state.
The system is restarting due to the inconsistent state -17 in file: broad_hpc_drv.c line 5851"

after some research and some chat GPT trial and error I have still gotten nowhere on either switch, do you guys have any ideas as to what I can try next?

What I have tried:

1.) I have tried about every firmware version to see if it was a miss match issue. all show the same error at boot, and I have tried both the boot menu update, and the full Onie method.
2.) I have tried to fully clear all memory and try the steps above again and still nothing. even used the reset button on the front of the switch.

Context:

both of these switches were in a member stack configuration before things went sideways. In addition, both switches have a flashing "Stack Member" light on the front of the switch (Slow blink). however, with the full memory wipe I have run on both, there should be absolutely no remnants of member stack data.

At this point, I feel like its a hardware failure, and unfortunately these switches just fell out of warranty :(. I would love if someone has a few ideas i have not tried yet.
