DELL 100GB switch S5232F factory restore help is needed

Hi all,

i have a Dell 100GB switch S5232F with OS10, version 10.5.2.10

I was testing users privileges and looks like evidentially changed default user credentials from admin/admin to user: admin, user role :net operator, privilege =1,same pass: admin

Now i am not able to do a factory restore, to use default admin with default credentials and the privilege =15.

I have tried to re-install OS, using a USB key to get back to the original settings- no luck. Switch doesn't allow to type config, as the privilege mode is set to 1.

Please help to reset switch to the factory settings.
