Connect S4048-ON to S5224F by DAC QSFTP 40G

we want to connect a S4048-ON with a S5224F via a 40G DAC cable (original Dell).

We have another connection from an MX9116N to an S4048-ON which worked.

Does anyone know the problem or have a hint?
