Hello, while we cannot directly assist with creating new configurations, our professional services team is available to help you deploy the necessary configuration. If required, consider reaching out to Dell’s Sales department for professional deployment assistance. I leave here a few useful documents about E3248PXE-ON that you can take a look at.

Dell PowerSwitch N3200-ON/E3200-ON Series Installation Guide | Dell US

However in general outline is like below

  • Use the stacking cables and ports to connect the two switches. Check that the stacking ports are on and the stacking mode is HA.
  • Give each switch a priority number. The switch with the biggest number is the master switch and the other one is the standby switch.
  • Set up the virtual link aggregation groups (VLAGs) on the master switch. A VLAG is a link that goes across the two switches and makes them more reliable and efficient for the devices that are connected to them.
  • Set up the VLANs, IP addresses, routing protocols, and other network settings on the master switch. The standby switch will copy its configuration from the master switch.
  • Use the show commands or the web-based interface to check the HA switch status and functionality.

Of course, there may be people from our community who can make suggestions.
