The strange thing is that the Enclosure 1000e enclosure chassis does not show alarms. The interface LEDs are ok.

Hello malarba,
Could you try a re-seat and check results?
Can you confirm if this external port is good and the device it is connected to is up: "Interface Fo 0/49 exited port-channel 128."?

When viewing through the CLI the interface is down. When physically checking the interface the LED is on.

Can you try this MXL in another slot and check results?
If that doesn't work I would recommend to call into Support and work with an engineer that can do a remote session with you.
If you do not have an active warranty you can ask about a Post Standard Support contract for support.
A possibility is that it would need to be replaced.
