ASSISTANCE UPGRADING DELL SWICTH S4128

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade DELL switch S4128 T  OS. I tried to use all the documentation found online. I tried to use TFTP or even a USB drive. I am unable to upload the OS and get started. it kept failing. The TFTP server can reach the switch just fine. I need help
