Assign two interfaces, two different radius servers list
Hello, community,
I'm very new to network engineering and I wonder whether it is possible to assign a specific radius server list for dot1x authentication to a specific interface, or not.
My problem is, that I work in a company where all the access switches are Cisco C3750 devices, but they want to change them for DellEMC ones.
However, the current authentication solution is based on two different radius servers groups, assigned to different interfaces of the same switches using ''control''-type policy-maps.
Is there an equivalent on Force10 OS, that would let me configure the dot1x servers list on a per-interface basis ? I would like to make sure the authentication solution will be compatible with our future switches.
Thank you in avance !

Hello, the configuration process might be different than Cisco switches. I'm not an expert on that. I think it can be done for radius server list dot1x authorization in Force10 OS. I am not sure if there is a direct best practice about it, for example, there is an article like this. https://dell.to/3ICGLJD
But I have to say that we cannot provide direct configuration support. I would like to remind you that Dell has Deployment Services you can contract if needed you contact Sales to get a quote. Of course, someone in our community who always shares their advice can help.
Regards,
