5148-ON OS10 VLT port-group not tagging a vlan

Hello,

I have a pair of 5148's linked together in a VLT. The VLT config is very basic, taken right out of the OS10 guide:

On the switches, I have a handful of vlans created. For some reason, one vlan on one of the switches is not showing as being tagged by the VLT default port-channel 1000. Every other vlan on both switches shows up like this:

However, that same vlan on the other switch looks like this:

As a result of this, when my VMs in that vlan try to use the VMnic that is attached to the switch without Po1000 tagged, all traffic fails. The config for the vlans is extremely basic, just:

The problem is, I don't see any way to manually add tagging to port-channel 1000. It doesn't show in the config anywhere, and if you try to go in to config mode and edit port-channel 1000, it throws an error. Has anyone else seen this?

Hi,

There isn't a way to add vLAN to po1000. It is done automatically when VLTi is configured. If vLAN is not passing communication, it's probably the vLAN and VLTi is not configured properly. Perhaps, you might need to review the configurations with networking support. https://dell.to/3zreLGo

Hi,

What error do you get when you try to edit the port channel? Have you tried rebooting the switch that it doesn’t show up on? Which version of OS10 are you running?

I haven't tried rebooting the switch yet. It's running a production load, so it will require some scheduling.

I can confirm that with S5224F-ON, OS 10.5.2.7 that happens and reboot of the switch fixes it.

This is too late for the OP, but I can chime in for future folks.

For the default port-channel 1000 to add the VLAN, the VLAN must be created on both sides of the VLT domain. If the VLAN has only been created on one side, then the VLAN is treated as "local" and isn't included in port-channel 1000.

Just to add some to this topic-
I checked but I'm afraid akyumurkov's comment is not correct at least as of now : not supported for this model(S5148-ON) (see the attached)

In my humble opinion,  emrysk's comment-> partially correct since all the configuration should be identical on both VLT Peer.
Leaving this here for future reference:

What is the command you guys use to add vlans to the port-channel 1000? I'm struggling to add vlans to this port-channel that is used by the VLT
