Hello Barry, 

I completed this course but there are no hands-on practice labs.  Its just the lectures and someone doing the labs (video) but no actual practice simulators.

Also, is this exam 2 parts? one for multiple choice and other for the simulator?

Do we need to pass both?

Hi there,

There are OnDemand and ILT modalities for this course. The ILT version of the course would include time allocation to complete lab exercises on physical switches (N-Series). Whereas the OnDemand version of the course would leverage videos for lab exercises because there is no virtual appliance for OS6 (unlike OS10 and SONiC, which both have virtual appliances that can be used to simulate the switch OS).

Yes it is necessary to pass both parts. So for example, scoring 100% on Part A and 50% on Part B would be a fail overall
