NetWorker notifications are not a good idea to use - their purpose is more of general nature.
The best way to do this is to define an appropriate command (for example: smtpmail) for the client's owner notification attribute which you will find in the 'Globals (2 of 2)' tab. Be aware that this is a hidden attribute so you must switch on the 'Diagnostic Mode' to make those appear.

One of the most important 'features' - in NW Administration just go to the grey menu bar, open the 'View' menu and set the 'Diagnostic Mode' option.
BTW - may I remind you that you can install NW on another system and run it without any license for 90 days. So you have a 'test' system which you can use to familiarize with the GUIs.

Hello Murad
In the NW 19.4 administration guide on page 478 it has the section named: 'Policy completion and failure notifications'
The NW 19.4 administration guide can be found on the NetWorker support site:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/networker/docs
Being new to NetWorker software I would suggest you contact the DELL EMC NetWorker account person for your company and request some training days to be allocated.
Mail notifications on Windows or Linux backup servers do differ. Linux can use the internal mail program on the OS and Windows uses the smtpmail command.
You mention you use NVE so you will need to configure the Linux OS to send the mail to your company mail relay
