VBA de-commission option is unavailable
On page 72 of the VMware Integration Guide for 8.2 SP1 it is said that it is possible to decommission VBA
https://support.emc.com/docu57703_NetWorker-8.2-SP1-VMware-Integration-Guide.pdf?language=en_US
NMC includes the option to decommission a VMware Backup Appliance when problems occur. To decommission the appliance, right-click the appliance and select Decommission from the drop-down. The dialog shown in the following figure displays.
However no such menu option is available. I use user administrator and the only available user in this NetWorker installation

Today I can see a new KB on support.emc.com and I guess it is because someone read this thread

Goal: Describes procedure to delete/remove a VBA Node. Procedure involves deleting backups taken through VBA Node
Resolution:
VBA Node delete/remove is not recommended by EMC as a troubleshooting step. For any assistance with troubleshooting issues, Please Contact EMC Support for Assistance.

Yes, enabling Diagnostic Mode is the first thing I tried. It didn't help.
