Update from 8.2.4 on RHEL 6.10
Thanks to a reply by bingo.1 I was able to find the software compatibility matrix. It's in a place called elabnavigator but I couldn't find any links to it from the networker support page or networker docs. It is indeed 'hidden' :-).
From the compatibility matrix I think I can do a direct upgrade to 19.6 from 8.2.4 on RHEL 6.10, but it does say 6.10 is EOL.
Would this be possible?

IMHO it is a shame why the access to such general and fundamental documents is restricted. And I am sure that I am not the only one. In my eyes it prevents a potential customer to even look at the product and to test it. Now - how do one expect such a guy to become a true customer?
Anyway - technically, I do not see any problems to install the software. EOL just means that the OS will not be maintained any more or in the near future. But this of course is independant from NW.

Thanks for your reply! So my plan would be to update to 19.6 on RHEL 6 then configure a new RHEL 8 system, install 19.6, and copy over the nsr directory from RHEL6. Does this sound like the right approach?
