Uninstall of Networker NMM 3.0.1 got crashed and unable to proceed further
Hello,
I am trying to upgrade Networker NMM from 3.0.1 to 8.2.3 and got stuck with some issue on uninstallation.
Networker is installed with 8.2.3
Networker NMM is installed with 3.0.1 - to be upgraded to 8.2.3, during initial uninstallation try, uninstall got abort in middle and the server got rebooted automatically. On post reboot, tried to uninstall again, but it fails with error "nw_eldos_uninstall: CoCreateInstance failed".
Tried silent uninstallation, cleaning registry and renaming EMC folders on server level, nothing helps to uninstall NMM.
I welcome any information on how to proceed.

Hi,
Try to reinstall the nw client first (the old version which was used with nmm3).
I had issues with NMM upgrade many times, the only working procedure was:
- uninstall nmm
- uninstall nw client
- install new nw client
- install new nmm
(when we simpy uninstalled nmm3 sometimes nw client was "corrupted" - I guess some parts of the client was also removed by nmm).
