Unable to restore data from old tapes having same client name different client ID in EBS7.4

He had a networker server crash with no backup and now  when i reconfigured the Library and Jukebox  with new client ID . During inventory i am getting error of (Not in Media Index). Though i can relabel them and use the tapes but data will be erased.

I followed the procedure of clearing another client with the client ID present on the tapes and another client name and used scanner -i -c client name device . After that i can see the volume in the pool and how much data it contains .

But when i used recover command to recover data for a SSID . It keeps on looking for the volume and does not load it . Even though if i load it  it still says the same

To scan a tape, it 'only' has to be inserted into the tape drive. Mounting is an option.

However, for read/writes processes (save & recover), mounting is a mandatory step. Do not forget that.
