Unable to download NW 9.1.1.4 (windows 64) due to 'authentication error'.

Hello,

I hope these messages are monitored by some Dell/EMC people who can initiate the appropriate steps ...

Due to an error, it is impossible to download the appropriate version - only the Windows x64 version, all others are fine. Please make the appropriate corrections.

Well, I have tried multiple time earlier today and I was unable to download any installation files. I had tried to download NMM 9.2.2.3.

BTW - I did not even mention yet that it seems as if the access to the module files has been blocked as well:

- Already signed in with a valid customer account you will be friendly asked to do it once again (what a nonsense)

- but even though you will not be able to access the module files.

Dell/EMC - please verify the accessibility to your software not only from the intranet. Use an account which represents an external customer. And ask someone to verify the accessibility to your software.

How would you guys like to convince someone to use what he cannot access at all.

BTW - shall I open a new/separate thread just for the module files?

This is to let you know that in general the problems have been solved - I successfully could download NW 9.1.1.4 as well as all NW module software.

During my download 'orgy' I discovered 3 issues which are of minor importance but are probably candidates to take additional action:

1. You must re-login in whenever you change the product, for instance between the NW module software.

This might be o.k. but does not make sense if you think about "single sign on" capabilities.

2. For NMM 19.1.1.2 the SCVMM files are missing.

3. For NMM 19.1.1.1 (SCVMM for Windows x86) the link points towards the Medisoft module software:
