Restore NDMP Backup data from VNX to UNITY

Data was backed up using NDMP protocol from VNX 5200. now we are trying to restore the data on unity 400 and result  is as below:

1. Data is restored successfully for the file system on which deduplication was not enabled.

2. only few files are getting restored for the file system on which deduplication was enabled.

Unity 400 is not supporting deduplication feature hence is it possible that we will able to restore the data on Unity XT F or any other filer?

Please let me know if more information is required.
