NVE dont send email notifications on Policy completion

Hello Everyone. 

I am new to administrative a NVE so i have a lot questions, but the one that i cant find any solution/answer is the following.

We have setup a fresh NVE 19.14 (VMWare) with dd6410 everythink is working perfectly. The problem i have is, i cant configure the policies to send email notification on complete. Regardels what i have try and what i have search the notifications is not working. The command that i use is this 

mailx -s "${NSR} Policy ${Policy} has finish with status ${Status}" -S smtp="smtp://smtp.office365.com:25" -S smtp-use-starttls -S smtp-auth=login -S smtp-auth-user="addr" -S smtp-auth-password="passwd" -S from="addr" recepient_addr i have try with the /usr/bin/ in front, same results.

From the logs i see this,

Unable to send mail notifications, because LD_LIBRARY_PATH env variable is NULL. 

I have find this KB from dell and edit the config but with no success. When i try the command from cli i receive the email so the problem in on the networker (the command is running from the networker cli and i receive it succefully). Do you have any suqestion?
