NTT - NSRPCHK: why will certain jobs not be recognized?

I have verified the same behavior with NTT (1.4.0 & 1.5.0, Windows & Linux) - NSRPCHK: certain jobs will just not be recognized and result in a warning within the report:

Why will these jobs not be recognized even if they have been executed? - Who knows the trick?
