NSRIM scheduling
Hi All,
To my knowledge every day after backup window, nsrim precess should run automatically checking the consistency of the index and mediaDB.
The query here is, In our environment we are on doubt whether the nsrim proccess is running or not as per schedule. Couple of times we found many nsrim , nsrck proccess in hung status.
the query is :
1. How can I identify whether the nsrim proccess is scheduled or not.
2. If it is scheduled, how can i check whether my past n days nsrim proccess had run or not.

Hi Vishwanath,
nsrim is scheduled to run every 24 hours. you can check the last modified date of nsrim.prv and see if it is getting modified everyday. If not, then open a case with Support and ask them to do a sanity check.

Actually, every 23 (it used to be 24 long time ago).
