Not finding dd6300

We have networker 19.3 and use it for backups to a dd6300 then clone to another off site dd6300.   the off site we lost the nvram card it has been replaced.  and an automatic replication job we have from vmware is good.  but the job from networker says it cant see the other dd6300.  avter nvram replaced it seems to try but still fails.
