New RMAN Configuration failing with return code 1
Hi All,
We have configured Oracle backup for a fresh server by installing Networker Client and NMDA, After configuring the database the backup is failing with below error. please help me on this.

Have you tested the file system backup and recover function yet? What are you backing up to? What storage node is used to write the data?
Please try backing up a file. I suggest /etc/hosts, but any small file will do. Make sure that file system backups are working. The test recovering to a different location on the same client. If this fails, then troubleshoot this first before looking at the Oracle backup issue.
When asking for assistance, please remember to include the O/S, NetWorker, and in this case Oracle and NMDA versions. The solution or workaround can depend on this information. Provide this environmental information for the NetWorker server storage node, and clients. Thanks.
