NetWorker Backup and Recover Server service stops automatically

Networker is installed in Windows 2016 server. Alls ervice starts automatically and after a while NetWorker Backup and Recover Server service stops. If we retstart manually it works keeps running and then stops after 3 minutes. let me know what is the problem
