Networker 19.x Index NSRCK Issue (-Delay 1 day)
Hi, Anyone face problem after nsrdr recovery, running nsrck -L7 client, and the index unable to show the latest recovered index only can pick up from -1 day delay, it is not happening during 9.x networker, and also same way process we have been perform for disaster recovery exercise. Backup of the client has been completed before server protection started to backup the index.

@binbinbong, In a server db backup action the bootstrap backup occurs once all the index backups are completed. So when you do a restore of the index it should contain the latest index for the backups for the respective client. I havent tested this out yet, so I will check this out later this week and see how it behaves in my lab. Can you give me the exact version of NetWorker that you have used ?

OK - meanwhile I have tested the behavior with NW 19.3.0.1/Windows. Unfortunately I was unable to verify your problem. However, I can not imagine that the different NW version could be responsible.
The only issue I can imagine is that you recovered the 'wrong' bootstrap - not the one which has been created (and is still present on the backup media) but the previous one which you get when running a report. May I suggest that you run the 'scanner -B(v)' command on the bootstrap media/device to verify that you really use the latest one. Otherwise it could be that the backups have run successfully but that they have not been stored with the last media db backup which is part of the bootstrap.
