Networker 19.2 ,DDboost - Data Domain OS 7.1 compatibility matrix with vSphere 7.0
We are planning upgrade our vxrail from 4.7 >>7.0.3 , does Networker 19.2 and DDboost - Data Domain OS 7.1 supported with vSphere 7.

I personally do not see a compatibility issue.
But the best resource for compatibility issues is this url

I would also consider using a bit more recent nw version, for example nw19.5.0.7 or 19.6.1.3 (we will not be touching nw19.7 anytime soon, possibly until 19.7.1, we find 19.7.0.1 way too early if any previous releases where anything to go by. Also now with nw19.6.1.3 we might have the first 19.6 version we might consider). Support for nw19.2.1 ends already in March 2023. Also the last update for 19.2 (19.2.1.4) is already from Jan 2021. There have been numerous Dell security advisories since then.
The elab navigator states exactly per nw version what is supported. vsphere 7 is supported for some time now.
