mysql unable to restore

hi guys,

anyone can point out the reason why i cannot run mysql restore.

logs shown as below:

The nsrdarc command is starting.
Starting to shut down the MySQL instance on the port 33601.
Unable to shut down the MySQL instance on the port 33601.
The write operation retuned error: 32, Broken pipe
The MySQL 'shutdown' operation failed with remote side: 'MYSQL_ERROR_CODE'= ('2013'); 'MYSQL_ERROR_STRING'= ('Lost connection to MySQL server during query').

The recovery did not succeed.
The recovery command '/usr/sbin/nsrdarc -a -s pksprodnetworker01 -c mysqlrhel8 -T MySQL -g testrestore02' failed.
