Congratulations - you have won the first price of the "Absolute Minimal Information Contest". Well done.
Just a guess ... if the system will not see the Windows devices like '\\.\Tape#', this is related to a problem at the hardware and/or OS level. NW can only work with the device names that the OS will provide. So please correct your system problems first before you retry any NW related operation.

@taha.krikshi, Please provide a brief overview of what changed and when the issue was caused. Check if the hardware is visible in the device manager? Check if the library console shows any errors.

I don't know what you have done. But there are 2 facts:
- You still work with a very old NW Version 8.x (installed on an old Windows server?).
- According to the screenshot, NW does neither show any backup (tape) device nor a tape library.
Did you delete these resources?
First of all, make sure that Windows sees these devices - this has nothing to do with NW yet!
Next, run the NW command 'inquire' to verify that NW will see these devices.
Finally, run 'jbconfig' and reconfigure tape drives and library.
