Java changes

How is NetWorker going to support the new reality of Oracle Java beginning in January 2019?  Continuing to use the Java 8 family will require a subscription fee paid to Oracle for every computer.  The current free version of Java, the version 11 family, does not contain a JRE, or support applets, or support browser plugins, or web start applications.  Are we expected to pay Oracle's tax to continue using NetWorker?  (My interest is in the Windows environment.)
