@gileumfirdaus , You would want to reach out to your sales rep to get help on the account status. Because in case you have a expired contract with DELL support you might not receive any assistance either.

I assume that NW is licensed with either a unserved (not using a license server) or a served license. That should mention a SOFRWAREID, which you should be able to use to log a case, assuming that the credentials you have to log into the Dell support site (https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/) is linked to the siteid of the NW installation?
In the license file in question it is very likely to be something akin to SWID=ELMNETxxxxxxxx, if you are using the Dell DPS capacity based licensing, instead of the old legacy licensing.
The NW NMC would show this in the registration overview. Via CLI "nsrlic -Cv" would show you the location of the license file on the NW server if it is unserved.
Then look inside the dpa.lic file:
looking for the softwareID entry "SWID=". It also would mention the siteID under which the license is registered, where the siteID is stated after "dist_info="ACTIVATED TO xxxxxxx ..."
If your support Dell support account is not linked, you might be able to give Dell a call instead, using the SWID and siteid as reference.
