Error Restoring Networker 9.2

Hi there,

This is a legacy environment brought back online to recover ancient data. It is a Windows 2008 R2 VM running Networker 9.2.

When attempting to recover any data I get a continuous string of:

This happened on the 8.2 version as well, with slightly different text though. This specific data is sitting remotely on a DD160.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
