DR recovery of NVE appliance
I'm testing a DR recovery of an NetWorker 9.2 Virtual Edition. The appliance vm doesn't get back up at file level by default. The bootstrap recovery was successful, indexes restored and all the origional info is present, but the gui has a problem accessing the server. It reports "Unable to decrypt data: error:06065064:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal_ex:bad decrypt" when accessing any detail, and the detail is not visible. This is a generic ssl decryption error, implying the encryption key is wrong. nsradmin shows the devices that are not visible in the gui are actually present, so it is a gui to server communication issue. Can this be easily resolved, as it will happen in a real recovery.

Both are NVE and the versions are identical.
gstd.raw log has many "Unable to get token for service account of NMC server from authentication service" and "unable to authenticate user"
During the setup of the replacement NVE, a different administrator password was used, and then modified according to article 484334. The find-all-users check works, but it didn't fix the issue.
I also tried using gstauthcfg, but no change after that either.
I'll start all over again and match the administrator password this time and see how it goes.
Not sure if it will help, as after the restore, the issue showed up immediately, and after reboot, it only accepted the restored administrator password.
