Current user does not have required local administrative privileges to run Backup/restore operations.

After Networker Module for Microsoft update to version 18.2 build 99 we have such error log in the applogs

"Current user does not have required local administrative privileges to run Backup/restore operations. "
Permissions looks fine under SQL and OS level.

Where can be the problem?
