Backup session aged out from vproxy - Networker 18.2

 

Hi everyone ,

we keep having this error in vbackupd-engine.log in the vproxy logs : the failed backups are totally randoms and everytime its fails on totally different VMs  :

if anyone had an idea why this is happening and how to fix it and how can we prevent a backup session from aging out can we increase the session time so it cant age out , i would really appreciate your help

There is a lot of information missing which could be helpful. I suspect a kind of interoperability issue dues to software incompatibility. First of all, you should ensure that all conditions and versions (ESXi, vCenter, NW server and NVP are correct, according to the Compatibility Guide.

@Hachem_Zit, These are just information messages. It would be helpful if you could share the actual error that you see in this log file.
