@Brahmaiah E , Please check the reason for the service not starting by running "systemctl status networker.service" and "journalctl -xe".
Also, check the daemon.raw for the time around which the NetWorker failed to start. please share these details and we might be able to figure out the reason for the service not coming up.

look at the other post from you regarding the upgrade towards nw19.7.1.0.
Very likely this is a borked release. I could not even download it anymore. Vey likely a more save bet is updating yet again, but now to nw19.8.0.3 (as the nw19.9.0.2 just released I would consider too bleeding edge, even though it is Dell target code).
I would never, ever upgrade towards a x.x.x.0 release btw, that is asking for trouble... Also this nw19.7.1 is not going to get any updates. So it would be some kinda stillborn release that will not be going beyond its initial release by the looks of it?
So you might better consider a version that has already had some cumulative hotfixes and might receive even more so. That is very likely only to occur for nw19.8 and nw19.9 and not for any nw19.7 release...
So go for nw19.8.0.3, this also addressess various recent DSA's unlike is the case for nw19.7.
