U4924DW, KVM switches to other device?

I have a Dell Pro 16 laptop and a Dell G15 Laptop connected to my U4924DW Monitor. I'm using the KVM and sharing the USB. In General when i'm on the device i want to be on it works great. My issue is, after a random amount of time the KVM will switch to the other device and then will sometimes jump back and forth for a bit. Other times it's just a one time jump. I will switch back and then a short time will pass and it will happen again.
Dell Pro 16 connected via USB-C to U4924DW
Dell G15 connected via HDMI & USB-A to USB-C

On both matches i have uninstalled and reinstalled the Dell Display Peripheral Manager, i have setup a shortcut to switch via my keyboard. i have checked and i'm not accidently triggering that key set for the shortcut.

Is there something i'm doing wrong or is there something i can do about this random switching?

Contact Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support Monday through Friday. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private U4924DW Service Tag with them so that they can verify the ownership and warranty status. This will also generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tag.

Is the U4924DW running firmware M2B108 or later? Check in Menu--> Others.

What version of DDPM is installed on both laptops? DDPM 2.2.0.19 is the latest.

Ok, so i have done all the updates Software/Firmware. I'm still having the issue, but so far it looks like it is software related. In what i'm seeing it looks like it is related to the keyboard shortcut. when i use the shortcut, it will switch back and forth on me. When i use the physical button on the monitor it seems work with no issues. i'm going to open a ticket with Dell Support now.
