U4323QE, USB ports not working, #2
I have these two beautiful USB ports on the front of my monitor. They are useless! I have connected my monitor to my computer via DP for display AND connected my monitor to my computer via USB A-A for data from port 12 on the underside of my monitor. Does nothing. What are these ports for? I spoke with Tech Support and they could not help me. Does anyone have any answers or help? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You can not connect usb A to A. That is the problem.
Use a C port or B port on the monitor

Use a USB C port with an orange cap over it.
You can use the monitors menu to find exactly which one, or just try all

What PC model?
What operating system?
Using the port numbers on pages 11/12.
Current setup =
PC DP out port --> U4323QE DP to DP cable --> U4323QE #5 DP 1 in port
PC USB-A port --> U4323QE USB-A to USB-C cable --> U4323QE #10 USB-C 3 in port
Now test the other two =
U4323QE #9 USB-C 2 in port
U4323QE #11 USB-C 4 in port
